(a) If you cancel more than 30 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund except the taxes and booking charges.

(b) If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refundexcept the taxes and booking charges.

(c) If you cancel less than 14 days before your check-in date, you will not receive a refund.

(d) No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

Security Deposit Policy
